Contract
This contract is created for the sole purpose of offering a
secure service to an Artist and the rights of VR Arthouse.
When an artist(or yourself) agree to this contract you
agree to the full terms and conditions as soon as you
create an account with VR Arthouse.

Prices
1. It is completely the artists responsibility to set a
price for each piece of work they submit. If at any point
the artist is unable to provide a price for the artwork, a
handler will be sent to help "feel out" a price, but it
must be the decision of the artist. By no right can we
supply or place a price on a piece of artwork for an
Artist.

Fees and Commission
2. Price plans can be found here and are valid for one
calendar year. These fees are specifically meant for
advertising and maintenance of the site only.

These fees must be paid for an piece to be advertised
on the website and gallery space.

In addition to the price plan, all pieces of artwork are
subject to 15% commission that is placed either on top or
taken from the Artists price after the piece has been sold.
It is completely up to the Artists consent how the
commission will be taken(for sales made through the site
only). Artwork sold by auction will have the 15% taken from
the final sale price of the piece.

The distribution of the 15% commission is 10% to your
designated handler and 5% to VR Arthouse. VR Arthouse will
not take any commission if the piece is not sold.

Exhibitions & Auctions
It is VR Arthouse priority to promote every piece of art
and the artists themselves. It is for this reason each
artist will be assigned a VR Arthouse Handler. The duty of a
handler is to display the work,promote the work and if requested
set up a place for the work in an auction.

The gallery works on the basis of artwork rotation within
the VR Arthouse Galleries to Maximize coverage and viewings
by the public.

The artist will always have full knowledge of where their
pieces are at any given time by a schedule given to them by VR
Arthouse and made by their assigned handler.

While the art is in the care of VR Arthouse it will always
be on display until sold, the expiration of contract or at
the request of an artist.

Sales
3.All sales must be completed by an authorized VR Arthouse
Handler and all pieces contracted with VR Arthouse should
exclusively be exhibited in VR Arthouse Galleries.

Artists will be paid after completion of the sale by an
authorized VR Arthouse Handler.

Artwork Safety
4.All artwork, while under the care of VR Arthouse come
with a guarantee of safety and compensation of an artist
work. If at all, in the course of care with VR Arthouse
that the work is lost VR Arthouse will provide a new frame
fully repaired and the cost of upload.

If at all, while in the course of care of VR Arthouse, the
artwork falls into the hands of a non-VR Arthouse Dealer,
by our own fault(a), VR Arthouse will fully compensate the
artist with the artist asking price.

(a)By our own fault we would like to clarify, is deal
struck by member of staff to another player without the
permission of the artist. It is of this reason that whilst a piece
is contracted with VR Arthouse it is prohibited to be
exhibited or to have artwork sold in a non VR Arthouse
endorsed gallery or dealer.

Unclaimed Pieces or Sales
5.If a piece is held in VR Arthouse and the contract has
expired with no contact with the artist for a full year
from when the contract expired, VR Arthouse will claim the
piece and place it in auction. The proceeds of this sale
will go directly into the charity fund.

Likewise if a piece is sold and the contract expires, VR
Arthouse will wait a full year for the artist to claim the
money from the sale or it will be place directly into the
charity fund.

Charity Fund
6.The Charity Fund is an account created for unclaimed sales
for the sole purpose of donation to a any charitable
society such as Cancer Research, Down Syndrome, RSPCA,
Child Welfare ect.

Artists will be given the option after every sale whether
they would like to donate to the fund.

Anyone is allowed to submit willingly some money into the
charity Fund and after the Fund reaches over $100 there
will be a poll to decide which charity the proceeds will go
to.

The fund will always be visible to the VR Arthouse
Community to know exactly how much is in it.

Copyright
7.All work must be your own unless you have concent from
the artist. VR Arthouse does not tolerate theft of other peoples
hard work.

If any piece of work that is copyrighten and is uploaded onto the
site and we do not know of this fact, the fault is completely placed
onto the member who submitted the art.

VR Arthouse does not claim responsibility.

If a piece is sold and we become aware of fraud we will report this to
MA to have a ban placed on the members account.

Breach of Contract
8.If at any point the Artist does not comply with the terms of the contract,
VR Arthouse reserves the right to implace a penalty. These penalties are
only for pieces contrated with VR Arthouse.

The penalty for Artwork displayed in another gallery not endorsed by
VR Arthouse is 50PED per contracted piece.

The penalty for Artwork sold outside VR Arthouse will be double the
commission(30%) per contracted piece.

If the penalties are not paid for, VR Arthouse reserves the right to terminate
the contract and suspend the account held with VR Arthouse.
